How long will it take?

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of your project and my current workload.

Paintings and Painted Clothes: To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, custom paintings and painted clothes typically require a minimum of 3 weeks for completion.

Digital Art: Digital artwork is generally completed more quickly, with a minimum turnaround time of 1 week. However, intricate or large-scale digital pieces may require additional time.

I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide you with an estimated completion date. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

  • Reference materials: If you have any images, photos, or other references, please share them.
  • Refine your ideas: We’ll work to create a clear and detailed concept for your artwork.
  1. Pricing and Timeline:
  • Estimate: Based on the complexity, size, and materials involved, I’ll provide you with a personalized price estimate.
  • Timeline: We’ll discuss the expected timeline for completion, taking into account your desired delivery date. 
  1. Retainer Fee and Agreement:
  • Retainer: A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% of the total cost will be required to secure your spot on my schedule.
  • Agreement: We’ll create a simple agreement outlining the terms of the project, including the scope of work, pricing, and timeline.

  • Sketching and planning: I’ll begin by sketching out the composition and design of your artwork.
  • Painting or digital creation: Using high-quality materials, I’ll bring your concept to life through painting or digital techniques.
  • Updates: Throughout the process, I’ll keep you informed of the progress and provide updates as needed.
  1. Completion and Delivery:
  • Final touches: Once the artwork is complete, I’ll add any final details or adjustments.
  • Delivery: Your finished piece will be delivered according to the agreed-upon method (e.g., shipping, local pickup).
  • Payment: The remaining 70% of the total cost will be due upon completion and before delivery.

To initiate your custom artwork project, a non-refundable retainer fee of 30% of the total project cost is required. This retainer fee secures your spot on my schedule and helps cover the initial materials and planning time.

The remaining 70% of the total cost will be due upon completion of the artwork and before delivery or digital transfer. I will provide you with an invoice at that time.

Payment can be made via Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.
